“I cannot thank all the staff enough for the kind, friendly and compassionate care my mother received. Mum’s room was immaculate, the food first rate and there was always a friendly member of staff to care for mum.”

Daughter of Resident - The Dell

Hello and welcome to Wellbeing Care! I’m Joy, the Operations Manager of the Dell and Meadow View, and I’m here to help you in any way I can when it comes to care in our homes in Irchester and Oulton Broad.

I’ve worked for over 40 years in care homes, nursing homes and care in the community. It is such a pleasure to have a positive influence on people’s lives through the care we provide, and it is especially rewarding to see residents happy and fulfilled in our homes.

With nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite care and day care offered at our homes, along with supported living services, we cater for a variety of needs and requirements and would love to help you and your family however we can.

I hope to see you at the Dell or Meadow View soon - please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Respite Care

At both the Dell and Meadow View, respite care is offered as a short-term solution for those recovering from an illness or injury, either as a trial period or as a safe place while carers take a break.
